摘    要:在北京市医院管理局带领下,首都医科大学宣武医院作为北京市属三级综合医院,落实绩效考核工作。通过设立组织管理结构,制定绩效考核计划,明确绩效考核指标目标,建立综合目标管理责任制,分析预估绩效考核指标,分层培训,加强绩效考核数据管理,阶段性评价绩效考核指标完成情况,定期发布信息,及时改进工作,实现卫生行政部门对医院的管理要求。指出在落实指令性绩效考核工作中,应坚持以病人为中心,注重社会效益和社会责任,根据医院发展规划,调整绩效考核目标。

Abstract:As one of the tertiary general hospitals in Beijing,under the leading of Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals,Xuanwu hospital implemented performance assessment.The performance assessment work can divide into preparatory work which involves establishing special organization,making assessment plan,setting up assessment goal and accountability,analyzing and forecasting performance assessment indictors and multi-level training,assessment work which includes strengthening data management and regular assessment and application which involves regular information disclosure and feedback to promote management.Patient oriented and highlighting on social benefit and social responsibility should be insisted and the goals of performance should be adjusted according to hospital development plan when implements performance assessment.
