构建科研评估指标体系 促进医院科研发展

目的：从科室层面构建某三级甲等综合医院科研评估指标体系,为医院开展科研评估工作奠定基础。方法：通过文献研究法、德尔菲法及层次分析法,确定科研评估指标库与指标权重系数,进而建立医院科研评估体系。结果：通过对咨询专家权威度进行调查后,得出咨询专家总体权威系数为0.79,权威系数较高,咨询结果可信;经过两轮专家调查,最终形成一套三级科研评估指标体系,其中包括2个一级指标,11个二级指标和69个三级指标,同时赋予各自权重系数。结论：以科研投入和产出模式构建出的科研评估指标体系具有可行性,可为同类医院开展相关工作提供借鉴。

Establishing research evaluation indictors system to improve the development of scientific research in general hospital

Objectives： To establish a research evaluation indictors system of certain general hospital from the department level,to lay the foundation for the research evaluation management.Methods： The indictor base and the weight coefficient of every indictor were determined by literature study,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,then determined the hospital research evaluation indictors system.Results： By the expert authority questionnaire,the authority coefficient is 0.79,which is credible.By twice experts questionnaire,we established a research evaluation indictors system,which included 2 primary indicators,11 secondary-degree indicators and 69 third-degree indicators.Conclusions： The research evaluation indictors system is feasible by the research input-output model,which provides a reference to other similar hospitals.
