自拟助育汤治疗男性不育症96例疗效观察

目的：探讨自拟生精助育汤治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法：对2010年7月-2012年7月就诊于我院的男性不育症患者96例进行回顾性分析，随机分为两组，每组48例，对照组采用五子衍宗丸进行口服治疗，而治疗组则采用自拟生精助育汤进行加减治疗，30d为1个疗程，治疗3～6个疗程，对比观察不同治疗方法的临床疗效以及治疗前后的精子密度、活动率、存活率等指标变化。结果：自拟生精助育汤治疗的总有效率达100％，而常规治疗的总有效率则只有50％。可见治疗组的效果远优于对照组，经统计学分析，两组差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。另外，治疗组治疗后的精子密度、活动率、存活率均优于治疗前以及对照组，同具显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟生精助育汤能够提高精子精子密度、活动率、存活率等指标，对治疗男性不育症疗效显著，值得在临床上推广使用。

Effect observation of self-made Zhuyu decoction on treating 96 cases of male infertility

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made Shengjing Zhuyu decoction on male infertility. Methods： 96 patients of male infertility collected from July 2010 to July 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in each group. The control group was orally given Yanzong pill while the treated group was given self-made Shengjing Zhuyu decoction. 30 days in a treatment course, and for 3-6 treatment courses. Results： The total effective rate of self-made Shengjing Zhuyu decoction was 100%, while that in the control group was only 50%. The efficacy in the treated group was better than that in the control group, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. The sperm concentration, active ratio and survival rate in the treated group were significantly better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Self-made Shengjing Zhuyu decoction can improve sperm density, motility and survival rates, worthy a wide clinical application.
