针刀疗法结合手法松解治疗肩周炎86例

目的：观察针刀疗法结合手法松解治疗肩周炎86例的临床疗效。方法：86例肩周炎随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各43例，治疗组采用针刀疗法结合手法松解治疗，而对照组采用普通电针结合肩部TDP照射治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率100％，对照组总有效率81．4％。结论：针刀疗法结合手法松解治疗肩周炎方法简单，疗效确切，值得推广。

Treating 86 cases of shoulder periarthritis with the needle-knife therapy and manipulation

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating 86 cases of shoulder periarthritis with the needle-knife therapy combined with manipulation. Methods： 86 patients of shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, 43 in each group. The control group was given routine electric acupuncture combined with shoulder TDP irradiation, while the treated group was given needle-knife therapy combined with manipulation. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 100%, while that in the control group was 81.4%. Conclusion： The needle-knife therapy combined with manipulation was significantly effective and simple, worthy of a wide application.
