对国际疾病分类编码工作重要性的再认识

重点阐述从工作实践中总结出的8项经验,即日常医疗工作、医疗教学科研病案资料检索、评价医院医疗质量、医学数据统计、医疗费用支付、临床流行性病学的研究、临床路径病案质量控制、医疗质量工作的对外交流,并提出我国国际疾病分类方法的不足,意在加强国际疾病编码员与临床医师的配合和培训方法,使我国国际疾病分类工作得到进一步的提高。

Further Understanding of the Importance of the Coding Work of the International Classification of Diseases

For the purposes of the individual doctors do not understand the International Classification of Diseases （ICD-10） and the importance of surgical operations classified （ICD-9-CM3） encoding, we focuses on eight important experience we concluded from our work practice, that were used for daily medical practice, medical teaching and research, medical record information retrieval, e- valuation of medical quality, medical statistics, payment of medical expenses, clinical epidemiological science research, clinical path- way medical records, quality control, medical quality work outside the exchange, through the analysis of the international application of the ICD, as well as its role in the international community of national health care system, we aim to find the defects of the classifi- cation methods of The International Classification of Diseases. We put forward that strengthen the cooperation of The International Classification of Diseases （ICD- 10） coding and clinicians training methods, thus to improve the international classification work in our nation.
