The Optimization of Appointment Registration at Outpatient Clinics

In order to settle the problems existing in patient registration at outpatient clinics, four kinds of registration appoint- ment ways with idiomatieal personalization services, including online hospital registration booking, on- site appointment registration, telephone manual registration service and telephone audio registration booking, were performed simultaneously in our hospital. Multi - kinds of registration appointment services could further satisfy different requirements of the patients, arrange the visiting process scientifically and reasonably, take full advantage of the registration resource, reduce the cost of patients. After all, this personalization services improved the satisfaction of patients and achieve better social benefits at the same time.
