Z编码在恶性肿瘤疾病分类中的应用

目的探讨Z编码在恶性肿瘤分类中的应用。方法对恶性肿瘤后续医疗病人采用Z编码中相应类目进行分类,并建议进一步补充现行的疾病编码字典库的第六位编码。结果 Z编码确定了对恶性肿瘤反复住院不同情况的分类规则;结论Z编码中相应的类目是将恶性肿瘤首诊和死亡信息与后续医疗信息进行有效连接,达到了对恶性肿瘤信息进行全方位检索和利用,更好地为医疗科研服务,为医院管理工作提供参考资料。

The Application of Z Coding in Malignant Tumor Disease Classification

Objective To investigate the application of Z coding in malignant tumor disease classification. Methods To classify the successor treatment of patients with malignant tumor diseases with Z coding category, and to suggest making further supplement of the sixth coding in current disease coding dictionary database. Results Z coding determines the classification rules of repeated hospital- ization of patients with malignant tumor diseases. Conclusion With the help of Z coding category, the effective information connectiv- ity is established between the first diagnosis, death and successor treatment of patients with tumor diseases, and achieve the goals of comprehensive retrieval and utilization of malignant tumor information consequently, thus provide better service for the clinical prac- tice, scientific research and management of the hospital.
