| 摘 要： | 本文应用一阶导数光谱法测定维生素Ｅ霜中维生素Ｅ的含量，以２８７．４ｎｍ为测定波长，可排除基质等的干扰。方法的平均回收率为９９．１８％，ＲＳＤ为２．０５％。本方法灵敏、结果准确，适用于医院制剂分析。

| Abstract: | he quantity of vitamine E in its cream was determined by the first order derivative UV spectrophotometry,with 287.4 nm as assay wavelength.The interference resulting from the base was eliminated.The average recovery was 99.18% ( RSD 2.05% ).This method is sensitive,the result is accurate.It is suitable for the analysis of hospital preparation. |
