白蛋白对大鼠腹腔内卡铂分布的影响

采用原子吸收光谱法测定脏器组织中铂浓度的方法，在大鼠体内研究白蛋白对卡铂腹腔内化疗体内分布的影响。实验结果表明：卡铂和白蛋白联用后，各脏器组织中铂浓度均增高，给药后７ｄ内肝、胃、肠、肺、腹膜和盆腔组织中浓度有差异，而肾组织中铂浓度仅在给药后１ｄ有差异。这提示白蛋白可增强卡铂腹腔内化疗效果，对肾脏影响较小。

Experimental studies of influence on distribution ofcarboplatin by the albumin after intraperitoneal chemotherapy

lameless atomic absorption spectoscopy was used to study the distribution of platinum in rat following in-traperitoneal administration of carboplatin. 50mg/kg carboplatin and 500mg/kg albumin were injected ip in onegroup and no albumin in the contral group. After carboplatin and albumin were injected ip,the level of the plat-inum in the tissue of liver ,stomach, bowel . lung , pweitoneum ,and pelvic cavity was higher than that of the contralgroup. But the level of platinum in kidney was highter only after one day. The results suggest that the albumin canenhance the chemotherapy effect of carboplatin through ip and the harm to kidney is less.
