塑型铝板外固定预防小儿肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻

目的:探讨小儿肱骨髁上骨折采用手法复位塑型铝板外固定预防肘内翻的发生。方法:伸直型小儿肱骨髁上骨折病例95例,男54例,女41例,年龄6个月~12岁,平均6.25岁,就诊时间从1h~9天,平均3天;骨折类型全部为闭合性伸直型骨折,尺偏39例,桡偏30例,旋转26例。采用手法复位,塑型铝板保留携带角或加大携带角3°~5°外固定治疗。结果:本组95例,随访时间为3~28个月,平均15.5个月。优占70例,良占22例,可为3例,优良率为97%。结论:确切的手法复位,塑型铝板保留或加大携带角外固定是治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折,预防肘内翻的有效方法。
