电针对脑梗塞患者皮层运动区影响的PET研究

摘    要:目的:研究电针对脑梗塞患者大脑运动功能区的影响。方法:用PET观察运动状态下中风患者针刺前后大脑细胞糖代谢变化。结果:电针后患者双侧第一躯体运动皮质区、运动前区及顶上小叶和健侧的补充运动区发生明显的代谢功能变化。结论:电针头穴可以激活双侧大脑的运动功能区,诱导与运动相关的神经组织兴奋,补偿或协助受损的神经网络,促进其重建。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at head points on the function of cerebral motor area during the movement in stroke patients. Methods:To observe the change of glucose metabolism of cerebral motor area in stroke patients between pre-acupuncture and after acupuncture during the movement using PET.Results:The significant changes of metabolic function were exhibited in MI, PMC, Lps bilaterally, as well as the SMA of healthy side after acupuncture.Conclusion:Acupuncture at head points might activate the cerebral motor area bilaterally, and induce the excitation of nerve tissue connecting with motion. Acupuncture could also equalize the injury nervous network and reconstruct the its function. [
