| 摘 要： | 目的利用分子分型方法 ,调查医院ICU患者标本中耐亚胺培南鲍氏不动杆菌(IRAB)分离株和医院环境中鲍氏不动杆菌(ABA)分离株之间的同源性,探寻ABA医院感染的传染源及传播途径。方法以ICU不同病区患者分离的IRAB临床分离株和相关医院环境的ABA分离株作为研究对象,用VITEK2Compact微生物鉴定药敏分析系统进行菌种鉴定和药敏试验;利用微生物DNA指纹图谱分析系统DiversiLab进行同源性分析。结果医院3个ICU的临床标本中共分离出24株IRAB,环境中共分离出10株ABA;药敏试验结果显示,环境分离株较临床分离株的耐药率低(P0.05);26株IRAB分为10个基因型,其中A型8株,为主要流行型别,主要分布于ICU二区(5株临床株,1株为环境分离株)和一区(3株)、C型4株,分布在ICU三区(1株为环境分离株)。结论 ABA在ICU患者和环境间存在相互传播,需要加强对其的耐药性监测,采取有效措施切断外源性途径,防止医院感染暴发流行。
