| 摘 要： | 目的建立直接测定田七痛经胶囊中冰片和茴香醚含量的气相色谱法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法，色谱柱为聚乙二醇（PEG）-20M毛细管色谱柱（30m×0．32mm，0．25μm），柱温150℃，检测器温度200℃，进样口温度200℃，载气为氮气。结果冰片和茴香醚质量浓度分别在0．05085—0．4068mg／mL（r=0．9998）和0．01106～0．06636mg／mL（r=0．9997）范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率分别为98．39％和98．15％，RSD分别为0．71％和1．18％（n=6）。结论气相色谱法简便、快捷、准确，可用于田七痛经胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of synthetic borneol and anisole in Tianqi Tongjing Capsules by GC. Methods Using the capillary column gas chromatagraphy with PEG-20M column （30 m ×0. 32 mm×0.25μm）.The column temperature was 150℃, the injector temperature was 200℃, the detector temperature was 200℃, supporting gas was nitrogen. Results The linear range of synthetic borneol was 0. 050 85-0. 406 8 mg/mL（ r = 0. 999 8）, the mean recovery rate was 98.39% （n = 6）, the linear range of anisole was 0. 011 06- 0. 066 36 mg/mL（ r = 0. 999 7）, the mean recovery rate was 98. 15% （n = 6）. RSD was 0. 71% and 1.18% respectively. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple and accurate, which can be used as the quantitative analytical method for this preparation. |
