| 摘 要： | 对1120例老年性骨质疏松的胸椎(368例)、腰椎(752例)X线片进行了分析。结果表明,老年性骨质疏松在脊椎骨的放射学改变包括①普遍性骨密度减低;②骨小梁细、疏,首先是水平小梁的吸收、减少,以至消失,严重者仅留有粗、疏的垂直小梁;③椎体软骨下骨板和皮质骨的变淡、减薄;④椎体形态的改变,如椎体双凹变形或“鱼椎”,楔形变和椎体压缩变扁或“单饼椎”等。

| Abstract: | Radiographs of the thoracic spine and the lumbar spine in 1,120 patients with senile
osteoporosis were analysed. The results revealed that the X-ray changes in the spines of
the patients were: 1) a generalized increase of radiolucency of bone; 2) individual trabe-
culae were thinned and some lost, which was more prominent in the horizontal trabecu-
lae than in the vertical ones; 3) decreasing and thinning of the subchondrol bone plate at
the superior and inferior margins and of the cortical bone of the vertebrae; and 4) defor-
mity of the vertibral bodies resulting in biconcave or "fish" vertebrae, wedge-shaped
vertebrae, or flattened "pancake" vertebrae, etc. |
