2004-2007年万州区全人群死亡状况分析

摘    要:目的了解2004-2007年万州全人群死亡状况。方法通过全国统一回顾性调查及全国疾病监测点全人群常规死因报告系统收集死亡个案,并按ICD-10编码;利用本区及全国2000年人口构成分别推算各年龄组人口和计算粗死亡率与标准化死亡率。结果万州区全人群年均死亡率608.55/10万、标化死亡率454.69/10万;男性死亡率700.35/10万,女性死亡率512.08/10万;城市人群死亡率536.71/10万,农村人群死亡率635.27/10万,农村肿瘤死亡率(158.13/10万)明显低于城市的(172.24/10万),农村内分泌代谢病(2.85/10万)明显低于城市的(11.90/10万);男、女性及城乡前5位死因与总的死因顺位一致,依次为循环疾病、肿瘤、呼吸疾病、损伤中毒、消化疾病,传染病死亡在全区及农村均位居第6位;4年中呈上升趋势的主要有肿瘤、内分泌代谢病,呈下降趋势的有呼吸系疾病、传染病及寄生虫病;0岁死亡以新生儿婴儿死亡为主,1~39岁以损伤中毒死亡最高,40~69岁以肿瘤死亡最高,70岁以后以循环系统病死亡最高。结论目前万州区面临肿瘤、内分泌代谢病等慢性病逐年上升,传染病死亡高居的双重压力,相关部门应与予高度关注,采取相应对策开展预防控制工作。

Abstract:Objective To understand the death condition of entire crowd in Wanzhou region from 2004 to 2007. Methods Death cases were collected through national review investigation and death reporting system of conventional causes among entire crowd in points of national disease monitoring and coded according to the ICD- 10. Various age groups population, the thick mortality rate and the standardized mortality rate were calculated by adopting the local and the national census result in 2000. Results The annual mortality rate of entire crowd in Wanzhou district was 608.55/100 000. The standardized mortality rate was 454.69/100 000. The masculine mortality rate was 700. 35/100 000 and the feminine mortality rate was 512.08/100 000. The mortality rate of city crowd was 536.71/100 000 and which of rural crowd was 635.27/100 000. The tumor mortality rate of rural crowd ( 158. 13/100 000) was lower than that of city crowd ( 172. 24/100 000). The mortality rate of internal secretion metabolic disease in rural crowd (2. 85/100 000) was lower than that in city crowd (11.90/100 000). The male and the female and the city and countryside first five causes of death were consistent with the total cause of death cis-position, which were circulation disease, tumor, respirat ory disease, damage and poison and digestion disease. The infectious disease death is the sixth death cause in the entire district and the countryside. During the four years, the death trends of tumor and endocrine metabolic disease were ascending. And the death trends of respiratory disease, infectious disease and parasitic disease were declining. The death of 0 year old group was of the newborn baby primarily. The death caused by damage and toxicant was the highest in the 1-39 years old group. The first death cause in the 40-69 years old group was the tumor and that in the over 70 years old and later group was circulation disease.
