摘    要:目的:探讨体外循环术中肺动脉灌注低温保护液对肺保护的作用。方法:将72例体外循环术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组36例,观察组术中给予肺动脉灌注低温保护液,对照组则不灌注,观察两组患者的氧指数及气道阻力情况。结果:观察组患者术后的氧指数及气道阻力均优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体外循环术中肺动脉灌注低温保护液对肺有较好的保护作用,能够减少或减轻术后肺损伤,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary perfusion with hypothermic protective solution on lung function during cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods 72 patients with cardiopulmonary bypass were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group,patients in observation group were given pulmonary perfusion with hypothermic protective solution,while patients in control group were not given perfusion,observed the oxygen index and airway resistance of patients in two groups.Results The oxygen index and airway resistance of patients in observation group were better than that in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Taking pulmonary perfusion with hypothermic protective solution on lung function during cardiopulmonary bypass has a better protective effect on lung,can reduce lung injury after operation,worthy of further clinical application.
