青光眼病人疾病相关知识认知调查及护理对策

摘要：目的]调查青光眼病人疾病相关知识认知程度，探讨开展青光眼相关知识健康教育的必要性。方法]采用自行设计的问卷调查表对72例住院青光眼病人进行调查。结果]青光眼病人缺少青光眼相关知识，病人的青光眼知识主要来源于医护人员。结论]医护宣教是提高病人疾病认知的重要途径，应根据青光眼病人的病理生理特点和文化层次有针对性地加强健康教育指导。

Survey of cognition of patients with glaucoma to disease related knowledge and nursing countermeasures

Objective. To investigate the cognitive level of the patients with glaucoma to disease related knowledge and to probe into the necessities of carrying out health education of glaucoma related knowledge. Methods. A total of 72 inpatients with glaucoma were investigated with a self--designed questionnaire. Results. The patients with glaucoma were lack of the knowledge of glaucoma. Their knowledge about glaucoma came from doctors and nurses mainly. Conclusion. Health care mission is an important way to improve patients＇ cognition to the disease, the targeted health education and guidance should be strengthened based on the pathophysiology characteristics and cultural level of glaucoma patients.
