| 摘 要： | Visfatin是一种在内脏脂肪组织高表达的脂肪细胞因子,具有类胰岛素、调节免疫及炎症、促进脂肪分化及合成等多重生物学作用。目前普遍认为肥胖及2型糖尿病(T2DM)等代谢性疾病均伴随低度系统性慢性炎性反应,而visfatin可能是联系炎症及代谢性疾病的环节之一。深入研究vis-fatin与炎症的关系可能为T2DM及肥胖的治疗提供新靶点。

| Abstract: | Visfatin is a novel adipocytokine highly expressed in visceral adipose tissue,which has insulin-like effect,regulating immunity and inflammation and promoting the differentiation and synthesis of fatty tissue.The recent researches showed that mtabolic disease such as type 2 diabetes mellites（T2DM）and obesity are low,systematic and chronic inflammation.Visfatin may be the link connecting inflammation and Metabolic disease.Lucubrating the relationgship between visfatin and inflammation may provide a new target for the treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes mellites. |
