| 摘 要： | 目的 采用纤维桩加全瓷冠的修复方法改善成年人上前牙轻度错牙合畸形.方法 选取78例101颗经过完善根管治疗的上前牙,采用纤维桩和氧化锆全瓷冠进行修复,经过12～15个月复查,观察其临床修复效果.结果 在101颗前牙修复体中,有2颗出现纤维桩脱落,1颗出现全瓷冠崩瓷,1颗出现牙龈炎,其余97颗修复体临床效果良好,成功率为96％,患者对冠修复后的美观效果均很满意.结论 对于成年人轻度上前牙错牙合畸形的患牙,严格把握适应症和操作程序,采用纤维桩加全瓷冠的修复方法能够达到理想的实用和美观效果.

| Abstract: | Objective Using fiber post and all-ceramic crown to improve adult anterior teeth with mild malocclusion.Methods 101 upper anterior teeth which have received perfect root canal trerapy were restored by fiber posts and zirconia all-ceramic crowns.Follow-up study was carrieed out 12～15 months later to observe its clinical rehabilitation effect.Results Among the 101 anterior teeth,2 cases appeared fibrous post shedding,1 case appeared all-ceramic crown porcelain fracture and 1 appeared gingivitis.The remaining 97 cases were received good clinical effect.The success rate is 96%.All patients were very satisfied with the crown appearance.Conclusion If you strictly grasp the indications and operation procedure,using the fiber pile and all-ceramic crown can achieve an ideal and aesthetic effect to improve adult anterior teeth with mild malocclusion. |
