早期康复干预对脑梗死肢体瘫痪患者肢体功能及生存能力改善的影响

目的 探讨早期康复干预对脑梗死肢体瘫痪患者肢体功能及生存能力改善的影响.方法 选取2009年3月至2011年9月本院的92例脑梗死肢体瘫痪患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,观察组在对照组的基础上进行早期的康复干预,然后将两组患者干预前及干预后1个月、3个月的肌力、FMA、ADL评估结果进行比较.结果 干预后1个月及3个月观察组的肌力、FMA、ADL评估结果均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均＜ 0.05).结论 早期康复干预可显著改善脑梗死肢体瘫痪患者的肢体功能及生存能力,在改善患者的生存状态中有较高的价值.

Effect of early rehabilitation intervention on the improvement of limb function and survivability of patients with cerebral infarction and limb paralysis

Objective To study the influence of early rehabilitation intervention on the improvement of limb function and survivability of patients with cerebral infarction and limb paralysis. Methods Ninety-two patients with cerebral infarction and limb paralysis in our hospital from March 2009 to September 2011 were selected as research objects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given early rehabilitation intervention based on the treatment of the control group. Then the muscle strength, FMA and ADL before intervention, one month and three months after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The evaluation results of muscle strength, FMA and ADL of the observation group after intervention were significantly better than those of the control group, all P<0.05. Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve the limb function and survivability of patients with cerebral infarction and limb paralysis, which has higher value in improving the living state of patients.
