分娩时脐动脉血气的临床意义

目的评价分娩时脐动脉血气分析的意义。方法选取100例于2011年3～10月在大连市妇产医院住院的单胎足月自然分娩孕妇100例,对50例脐血流异常(S/D>2.5)足月胎儿分娩时行脐动脉血气分析,50例正常(S/D≤2.5)脐血流足月胎儿相同条件血气分析对照,两组均常规行产前胎儿电子监护,产后专人Apgar评分。结果两组中胎儿电子监护异常情况出现率无显著差异(P>0.05),血气分析各项指标有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论脐血流异常而Apgar评分正常的新生儿有窒息可能,应结合Apgar评分和脐动脉血气分析来共同评价新生儿预后。

Clinical significance of umbilical cord artery blood gas analysis during labor

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of umbilical cord artery blood gas analysis during labor.Methods Retrospective study of 100 pregnancy women who delivered spontaneously were performed at our Hospital during Mar.to Oct.2011.There were 50 women whose umblical blood flow S/D values were abnormal and 50 women whose umblical blood flow S/D values were normal.Umbilical cord artery blood gas analysis were performed immediately after delivery and the outcome of neonates were follow-up.They all receive monitor of NST before labor and Apgar score after labor.Results There was no statistical difference in NST between teamⅠandⅡ(P>0.05),and significant statistical difference in umblical cord artery blood gas analysis between teamⅠandⅡ(P>0.05).Conclusion If fetal’s umblical blood flow S/D value was abnormal,while Apgar score being normal,it was possible for the fetal to have neonatal distress.We should combine Apgar score and the value of umbilical cord gas analysis to evaluate the prognosis of neonatal distress.
