| 摘 要： | 近20年来,微透析技术在皮肤方面的研究和应用日趋深入和广泛。皮肤微透析技术是应用半透膜两侧溶质被动自由弥散的原理,动态地监测真皮组织间液内源性或外源性物质浓度的新技术。本文就近10年来微透析技术在皮肤药动学研究中的应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | The application of microdialysis in skin studies has been more and more widely and deeply in recent 20 years.The cutaneous microdialysis technique is based on the passive diffusion of compounds which cross a semi-permeable membrane under a concentration gradient.It can be used to monitor concentrations of endogenous and exogenous solutes of the dermal-interstitial fluid continuously.In this article,relative researches on application of microdialysis in dermatopharmacokinetics in recent 10 years were reviewed. |
