摘    要:目前,我国高等教育逐渐由精英化向大众化教育发展,教育质量稳定和提高,成为制约高等教育发展的重要问题。而影响这个问题关键因素在于师资队伍的素质和水平。医学院校新任教师大多为非师范类毕业生,缺乏必要的教育学理论与教学实践经验。通过研究探索出了对新任教师见习期满综合测评和考核验收,使教学质量得以稳步提高。

Discussion on improving teaching ability of young teachers in medical colleges and universities

Abstract:At present,China higher education is gradually transforming from elite education to mass education.Therefore,stabilizing and improving the quality of education has become a major issue restricting the development of higher education.The key factors of this issue are the quality and level of the teaching staff.Most new teachers in medical colleges and universities are non-normal college graduates,lacking the necessary educational theories and teaching experience.Through examination and comprehensive assessment on the young teachers’ internship performance,their teaching quality can be steadily improved.
