益阳市25个放射诊疗项目职业病危害控制效果评价结果分析

目的对2007-2011年益阳市25个放射诊疗建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价情况进行分析,发现存在的问题与不足,探讨解决的办法与对策。方法将控制效果评价项目及建设单位进行分类,对建设单位控制效果评价相关资料提供的情况及主要评价内容的评价结果进行分析。结果建设项目放射防护评价报告提供数为0,县级卫生行政部门监管的建设项目控制效果评价项目仅占4%。项目睥主要评价内容防护措施等存在不同程度的缺陷,如机房面积合格率为36%,档案管理合格率为8%。结论在加大控制效果评价的基础上,要进一步加大建设项目预评价工作的宣传和执法力度,增强建设单位的法制观念和放射防护意识;严格按放射诊疗管理规定加强放射监督管理,提高县级卫生监督部门的放射卫生执法水平和力度。今后放射防护工作的重点:工作指示灯、警示标志、个人防护用品配置齐全,档案管理完善及足够的机房面积。

Control effect of occupational hazards in 25 construction projects of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy in Yiyang city

Objective To analyze evaluation situations of occupation hazard control effectiveness of 25 radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy construction projects in Yiyang city from 2007 to 2011,find the existed problems and defects,explore the solutions and strategies which could provide a scientific basis for radiation protection management.Methods The evaluation contents like preventive measures were analyzed comprehensively by checklist based on the relevant national health and assessment requirements.Results No pre-evaluation reports of radiation protection for construction project was reported.The evaluated projects supervised by county-level health administration only accounted for 4%.The major contents included different extent of defects in radiation preventions like qualified rate of machine area 36%,qualified rate of archives 8%.Conclusion At the same time of strengthening the control effect evaluation,we shall enhance the pre-evaluation work of construction work,improve county-level health administration legislation power,emphasize subsequent radiation protection work contains perfect archive management and sufficient computer room area,completely-equipped working indicating lamps,warning signs and personal protective equipments.
