颈椎生理曲度异常的影像学检查意义

目的探讨颈椎曲度改变的临床意义,总结无颈椎病患者颈椎曲度变化的特点与发生原因。方法选取无颈椎病病史、无颈部不适、无头痛头晕等临床症状的正常健康成人80例,采用Bordens法测量颈椎曲度弧弦距,观察健康人群颈椎曲度情况。结果 80例受试者颈椎生理曲度正常者54例占68%,异常者26例占32%,颈椎曲度改变以颈曲减小、变直多见,偶有增大、反弓、S形。结论颈椎生理曲度异常作为一种X线客观诊断标准,是保证颈椎正常生理活动的基础条件,重视颈椎生理曲度异常的研究,这将对颈椎病的临床诊治具有指导意义。

Significance of abnormal cervical lordosis imaging examination

Objective It is to explore the clinical significance of cervical curvature change,and to summarize the characteristics and causes of cervical curvature in patients with no cervical spondylosis.Methods 80 normal healthy adults with no history of cervical disease,no neck discomfort,no clinical symptoms such as headache and dizziness were selected and their cervical curvature chord distance were measured by Bordens measurement,to observe the curvature of cervical spine in healthy people.Results There were 54 cases with normal cervical lordosis in these subjects which is accounting for 68%,and there were 26 abnormal cases which was accounting for 32.5%.The most frequent changes of cervical curvature were decreased or straight neck curved,sometimes increasing curve,anti-bow,S-shaped could be found.Conclusion Abnormal cervical lordosis as an X-ray objective diagnostic criteria,is to ensure the normal physiological activity of cervical basic conditions,abnormal cervical lordosis emphasis on research,which will have the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis is instructive.
