| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市老年人的生存质量状况及其影响因素。方法采用MOSSF-36量表对社区2 200名60岁以上老年人进行问卷调查。应用EpiData3.0建立数据库,采用SPSS 11.5统计软件进行分析。结果年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、健康状况、收入水平,对老年人的生存质量产生广泛影响。结论加强社区的健康教育,积极关注老年人的生理、心理、精神健康是进一步提高老年人生存质量的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the status of life quality and the influencing factors of the elderly people in Beijing.Methods Totally,2200 permanent residents aged over 60 years were interviewed with MOS SF-36.The database was created by EpiData 3.0 and analyzed by SPSS 11.5.Results The life quality of the elderly in Beijing was widely influenced by several factors,such as age,sexcual distinction,education,marital status,health and income level.Conclusion Enhancing the health education in community and focusing on the physical,psychical and mental health of the seniors are the key measures to be taken to make further improvement of the life quality in the elderly. |
