椎-基底动脉形态、血流量与脑干梗死的关系

摘    要:目的研究椎-基底动脉形态、血流量与脑干梗死的关系。方法本研究分脑干梗死组与非脑干梗死组,用彩色多普勒超声分别测量两组患者椎动脉的血流量及管径,用颅脑MRA分别判定两组患者基底动脉弯曲度,通过统计分析,判定两组患者椎动脉血流量及管径、基底动脉弯曲度是否存在统计学差异。结果脑干梗死组双侧椎动脉血流量之和低于正常及一侧椎动脉管径低于正常时,与非脑干梗死组相比存在统计学差异。脑干梗死组基底动脉弯曲度分级与非脑干梗死组基底动脉弯曲度分级相比无统计学差别。结论脑干梗死与椎动脉形态、血流量相关,与基底动脉弯曲程度不相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship of the shape and blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery with brain stem infarction.Methods The research incluses two groups:brain stem infarction group and no-brain stem infarction group.To gauge blood flow and pipe diameter of vertebral artery by color Doppler ultrasonography,and to estimate respectively the camber of basilar artery of the experimental groups by MRA,by statistical analysis,analyzing if two experimental groups had statistical difference about blood flow and pipe diameter of vertebral artery and the camber of basilar artery.Results When the sum of double blood flow of vertebral artery was less than natural numerical value and the pipe diameter of one side was less than natural numerical value in brain stem infarction group,it had statistical difference with no-brain stem infarction group.Two groups’ camber of basilar artery hadn′t statistical difference.Conclusion Brain stem infarction is related to the shape and blood flow of vertebral artery,and is not related to the the camber of basilar artery.
