中草药中铁元素与总黄酮含量测定与药效关系分析

目的通过对治疗呼吸系统疾病中草药中微量元素铁和总黄酮的含量测定,分析微量元素铁与总黄酮含量的相关性,以及清除自由基的构效关系。方法选取8种临床上常用的治疗呼吸系统疾病的中草药,用原子吸收分光光度计测定其微量元素铁的含量。采用醇提法提取药物中总黄酮,用紫外分光光度法测定药物中总黄酮的含量。结果治疗呼吸系统疾病中草药中含有丰富的微量元素铁和黄酮类化合物。结论中药柴胡、金银花、鱼腥草、紫草中铁元素的含量较高,这几种药物中总黄酮的含量也较高,总黄酮和铁含量有一定的相关性。中药中的黄酮类化合物和铁可结合成金属配合物,二者协同可以发挥抗氧化功能,清除体内自由基。测定结果为进一步探讨草药抗衰老、清除自由基的机理提供有用的数据。

Determination of the Contents of Fe and Total Flavone in Chinese Herbal Medicines

Objective To determine the contents of Fe and flavonoid in Chinese herbal Medicines, analyze the relationship between trace element Fe and the total flavonoid content, and study the scarenging effect on the free radicals. Methods 8 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines commonly used to treat respiratory system diseases in clinic were selected. The atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of trace elements Fe. Alcohol was used to extract the flavone in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,the content of flavone was determined with UV spectrometry. Results The results showed that metal elements and flavone were rich in Chinese herbal medicines. Conclusion There is certain relationship between flavonoid and the content of Fe.Trace element Fe and flavonoids can combine to metals matches to develop the anti-oxidizes the function, the clearance free radicals inside the body. It provided a useful data for the further study mechanism of the herb medicine in anti-decrepitude and the clearance free radicals.
