| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨磁共振在脑梗死定位诊断上的应用价值。方法:选取130例脑梗死病例,对脑梗死所致眩晕,面瘫,语言障碍,肢体及面部麻木,肢体运动障碍,眼球运动障碍6大症状的责任病灶进行统计分析。结果:80%的脑梗死病例在磁共振图像上找到了责任病灶。结论:磁共振在脑梗死定位诊断上的应用价值是巨大的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of MR in topical diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods Select 130 cases with cerebral infarction. Count up and analyse the responsible focusesof vertigo, facies paralysis, aphasia and dysarthria, body and facies paresthesia,body paralysiswhich are induced by cerebral infarction Results 80% cases of cerebral infarction find theirresponsible focuses in MR image .Conclusion The value of MR in topical diagnosis of cerebralinfarction is great. |
