| 摘 要： | 目的?探讨治疗小儿恙虫病的有效而更安全的药物。方法:应用大环内酯类抗生素如红霉素、阿齐霉素治疗小儿恙虫病 9 例,并和同期使用氯霉素、强力霉素治疗的病例进行比较分析。结果:三组在主要临床表现消失时间及治愈率无显著差异( P > 0.05)。结论:大环内酯类抗生素治疗儿童恙虫病疗效好而副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To researches the effective and safer medicines in curing child scrub typhus. Methods: Macrolide antibiotics such as erythromycin, azithromycin were applied to cure 9 cases of child scrub typhus, and a comparative analysis was made with the cases treated with chloramphenicol or doxycicline. Results: The main clinical manifestation disappearing time and curing rate of these three groups had no obvious difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Macrolide antibiotic curing child scrub typhus indicates good curative effect with less side effect. |
