注射用加替沙星与注射用多索茶碱的配伍稳定性考察

目的:考察注射用加替沙星与注射用多索茶碱分别在0·9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法:在室温((20±1)℃)条件下,分别观察及测定8h内配伍液的外观、pH值及紫外吸收光谱的变化,并用紫外双波长分光光度法测定加替沙星与多索茶碱的含量。结果:2药配伍后8h内,除在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后,6h时多索茶碱的含量降低外,其外观、pH值、含量和紫外吸收峰形均无明显变化。结论:注射用加替沙星与注射用多索茶碱可在0·9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍使用,但在5%葡萄糖注射液中宜4h内滴注完毕。

Compatible Stability of Gatifloxacin for Injection with Doxofylline for Injection

OBJETIVE： To study the compatibility of gatifloxacin for injection with doxofylline for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose injection. METHODS： Within 8 hours at room temperature （20± 1）℃, the change of the mixture in appearance, pH value and UV absorption spectra were respectively observed, and the contents of gatifloxcation and doxofylline were determined by dual ultraviolet spectrophotometry. RESULTS： No significant change was noted in appearance, pH value and content and UV absorption spectra within 8 hours after mixing except the content of doxofylline in 5% glucose injection was reduced at 6h. CONCLUSION： Gatifloxacin for injection can be mixed with doxofylline for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection to use, but the mixture in 5% glucose injection should be used up within 4h.
