| 摘 要： | 目的:从我国中草药中提取分离出几种精油成分:紫苏油,黑种草子油,佩兰油,荷叶油,美国P＆G Co.的专家做抑菌杀菌的评价.方法:用超临界CO2萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法及溶剂法提取出以上几种成分.结果:超临界CO2萃取法提取出紫苏油,水蒸气蒸馏法得到黑种草子油、佩兰油,溶剂法得到荷叶油.结论:佩兰油和几种油的混合物对于金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aure us)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、粘质沙雷菌(Serratia marcescens)、白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)、黑曲霉(A.niger)等多种菌有较强的抑制和杀死作用,是较好的天然的杀菌剂.

| Abstract: | Objective:To extract and identify several essential oils from traditional Chinese Medicine herbs for the purpose of evaluation test on inhibiting and killing bacterial by experts from P & G Co.Ltd.U.S Methods:extraction of Perilla oils by SFE CO2,Eupatorium fortunei oil and Hei zhong cao zi oil by distill.oils from leaves of domestic lotus by solvents.Results:Eupatorium-fortunei oil combined with several other essential oils can inhibite and kill bacterial Conclusion:Eupatorium fortunei oil combined with other essence oils are good natural antibiotics. |
