| 摘 要： | 观察舒肝祛脂胶囊治疗脂肪肝的疗效,将72例患者随机分为治疗组( 42例),给予舒肝祛脂胶囊(柴胡、海藻、参三七、大黄、泽泻、红藤等)治疗,对照组(30例)给予血脂康胶囊治疗。分6周、12周后观察症状、肝功能、血脂及肝脏B超的改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为85. 7%,对照组为60. 0%;TG、TC、ALT等指标及B超显示均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0. 05)。提示舒肝祛脂胶囊治疗脂肪肝有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of "Shugan Quzhi Capsule" in the treatment of fatty liver, 72 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 42 cases were treated with "Shugan Quzhi Capsule" and control group in which 30 cases were treated with "Xuezhikang Capsule". The clinical symptoms, liver function, blood lipid and B-ultrasonic outcomes were detected respectively after six and twelve weeks. Results: The effective rate was 85.7% in treatment group and 60% in control group; TG, TC, ALT and B-ultrasonic outcomes improved much significantly in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). It is showed that this Capsule is quite effective for fatty liver. |
