| 摘 要： | 目的:研究复方丹参注射液对脑出血CT及脑脊液LDH的影响。方法:治疗组88例和对照组80例,2组基础治疗相同,治疗组加用复方丹参注射液,于治疗前后行CT、脑脊液LDH及神经功能缺损评分的比较。结果:治疗组的血肿吸收、脑脊液LDH下降及神经功能缺损评分的改善,明显优于对照组。2组比较有显著差异。结论:复方丹参注射液有改善脑组织微循环、加快血肿吸收、明显减轻脑实质损害的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate effectsof composite salciamiltiorrhiza on CT and LDH of csfduring cerebralhemorrhage.Methods:168 patientswith cerebralhemorrhage were placed raomlyin two groups:There were 88 cases in treatmentgroup and 80 cases in controlgroup,Theywere treatedwith same basic therapy,treatmentgroup was combined use of composite salciamiltiorrhizea .CT and LDH of csf and the score of nervous functionaldefect were made andcompared befor and aftertreatment .Rsulte:The absorptionof hematoma and the decrease ofLDH of csf and the improvement of the score of nervous functionaldefect in the treatmentgroup were superiorto those in the controlgroup.There was obvious differencebetween the togroups.Conclusion:Composite salviamiltiorrhizacould improve cerebralmicrocirculationandspeed the absorptionof hematoma and decreasebrain impairment. |
