| Abstract: | In view of hnspital leadership and combined with the status of development and management in Gulou Hospital. Six pairs of contradictions relating to hospital scientific development were discussed. The six pairs of contradictions included the relalionship of hardware construction and software construction, relationship of social benefit and economic benefit relationship of hospital vision and goals, relationship of retreal and pragmatic, relationship of internal and external, relationship of management and innovation. |
