| 摘 要： | 从1987年起我们设计并运用股骨头倒V形钻孔加丹参灌注治疗成人股骨头坏死54例,经过2～8.5年临床观察显示,该方法疗效明显,总优良率达81％,Ⅰ～Ⅱ期优良率达94％,该方法与同类其它方法比较还具有手术难度小,创伤小,对患者机体负影响小等优点。适应于Ⅰ～Ⅲ期的股骨头无菌性坏死。
