| 摘 要： | 本文通过对近年来强迫症患者执行功能研究结果的回顾，具体介绍了强迫症患者在Stroop、Trail—Making Test、河内塔和威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)等常用的执行功能测验任务上的实验结果和相关理论进展，探讨了精神分裂症状、抑郁水平、用药与否等因素对研究可能产生的影响，并提出了进一步的研究方向。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the existing literatures of executive function in obsessive -compulsive disorder (OCD) patients, and critically examined four neurocognitive tests in the recent ten years' studies, including stroop task, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),London tower, and Trail-making test. In addition, we discuss the problems occurred in the past experiments, and put forward suggestions for further studies. |
