影响老年人口腔保健相关因素的调查

目的 了解湖州某社区老年人口腔保健状况及护理要求,为社区老年人护理发展提供科学依据.方法 采用问卷方式,对某社区60岁以上居民口腔保健状况及护理要求进行调查.结果 被调查380人中,患或曾患过牙病但对口腔保健要求属基本不了解的达275人,占72.3%;需要得到护理知识的达105人占27.7%.结论 某社区牙病发病率高,预防保健知识及认知率低,在社区开展口腔卫生保健护理指导应大力加强.
