| 摘 要： | 检测４３例冠心病患者、３９例高血压病患者及４１例健康人血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、载脂蛋白Ａ１、Ｂ１００（ａｐｏＡ１、ａｐｏＢ１００）及脂蛋白（ａ）（ＬＰａ）水平，发现：ＴＧ、ａｐｏＢ１００在冠心病及高血压病患者较健康人显著升高，而ａｐｏＡ１／ａｐｏＢ１００则显著降低；ＬＰ（ａ）仅冠心病患者显著高于健康人。提示在预测冠心病危险度的各项血脂指标中，ＬＰ（ａ）较ＴＧ、ａｐｏＢ１００、ａｐｏＡ１／ａｐｏＢ１００更具有特异性。

| Abstract: | erum cholesterol(TC), riglyceride(TG
),apolipoprotein A1(apo A1),apolipoprotein B100(apo B100)and lipoprotein(a)(LP(a))of 43 patients
with coronary heart disease(CHD)and 39with hypertension were compared with those of 41
health subjects. It was found that the serumTC and apo B100 were significantly higher , he ratio
of apo A1/apo B100 was significantly lower inpatients with CHD or hypertension than those of
health subjects.LP(a)levels of patients withCHD were significantly higher than those of health
su5jects. The results suggested that LP (a)was superior to TG,apo B100,and the ratio of apo
A1/apo B100 as one of indicationg risk factors ofCHD. |
