| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨机构通气治疗在危重哮喘发作中的作用。方法 采用同步间歇指令通气(SIMV)或压力支持通气(PSV)与低呼气未正压联合使用的通气方法。结果 通气治疗后呼吸困难明显缓解，缺氧迅速改善，PaCO2显著下降，神志平均18h转清，平均3．5d撤机。结论 机械通气治疗危重哮喘发作能迅速缓解临床症状，改善氧合和通气，使神气转清，血气恢复，并能顺利早撤机。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the function of artificial controlled mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe asthma.Methods Simultaneously using SIMV or PSV with the low levels of PEEP.Results After treatment dyspnea was obviously alleviated,hypoxia was rapidly improved,pressure of carbon dioxide was obviously declined, conscious was recovered in 18 hours,respirator was removed in 3 5 days.Conclusion In severe asthma mechanical ventilationcan rapidly alleviate clinical symptoms, improve oxyenation and ventilation respirator can be early removed. |
