鼻咽癌高危人群体质调查研究

目的：调查鼻咽癌高危人群体质类型分布情况。方法：运用中医体质调查表，对40名鼻咽癌高危人群，16名初诊鼻咽癌患者，38名放疗一年后鼻咽癌患者，74名EB病毒阴性之鼻．咽炎患者及44名EB病毒低度阳性之鼻咽炎患者的体质类型进行调查。采用SPSS(10．0)进行统计分析。结果：鼻咽癌高危人群体质以单纯气虚质为特点；初诊鼻咽癌患者体质以热和瘀为特点；放疗一年后鼻咽癌患者体质以气虚质为基础的夹热、夹瘀及夹湿为特点。结论：气虚质是鼻咽癌的敏感体质且贯穿于鼻咽癌发生的全过程。

Clinical Survey on the Distribution of Constitutional Pattern among Cases of Population at High Risk Susceptible to Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the distribution of constitutional pattern among cases of population at high risk susceptible to Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC). Methods: Using the closed questionnaire,we surveyed the distribution of constitutional patterns among the members which included 40 cases of population at high risk susceptible to NPC, 16 cases of untreated NPC patients,38 cases with NPC survived for more than one year after treatment, and 118 cases of nasopharyngitis. The investigate datas were analyzed by SPSS(10 0). Results:Predominant pattern of constitution was vacuous pattern among the population at high risk susceptible to NPC, heat and stagnation patterns among untreated NPC patients, vacuity heat and vacuity stagnation and vacuity dampness patterns among treated NPC cases, and normal pattern among the controlling nasopharyngitis.Conclusion:The vacuous pattern of constitution is the predominant risk factor for population at high risk susceptible to NPC developing and it also plays a very important role in the whole clinical course of NPC.
