Bilateral external ophthalmoplegia revealing an Eaton-Lambert syndrome
Abstract:A bilateral clinically isolated external ophthalmoplegia revealed an Eaton-Lambert syndrome in a 47-year-old patient with oat-cell bronchial carcinoma. The different eye movements were involved. Up and down gazes were more involved than lateral ones. The ptosis was bilateral. The clinical symptomatology and the particularities of elec-trooculography are discussed.
