摘    要:目的建立离子色谱法测定白花舌蛇草注射液中亚硫酸盐与硫酸盐总量测定方法。方法加入三乙醇胺-水(1∶2)混合溶液2 mL,以20 mmol·L-1KOH溶液为淋洗液,经Ion PacAS23 Analytical离子色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测。结果亚硫酸根离子在0.25~1.5 mg范围内线性良好(r=0.999 8);硫酸根离子在0.125~6.25 mg范围内线性良好(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为99.0%。结论该法快速、简便、专属、灵敏,适于注射液中亚硫酸盐与硫酸盐总量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of total sulfite and sulfate in Baihuasheshecao injection by ion chromatography. Methods We diluted solution of triethanolamine-water(l:2)plus 2 mL and then the above solution was filtered through a 0.45 μm syringe membrane filter directly after injection. Test solution was separated by IonPac AS23 column using 20 mmol .L- 1 potassium hydroxide solution as eluent and detected with conductivity detector. Resdts The linear range of sulfite radical was 0. 25 x1.5 mg(r =0. 999 8). The linear range of sulfate radical was 0. 125x6.25 nag( r =0. 999 8). The average recovery was 99.0% ,and RSD was 2.6%. Conduslon The method is rapid, simple,specific,sensitive and suitable for determination of total sulfite and sulfate in Baihuasheshecao injection.
