TGF-α、TGF-β1与CysC在胃癌患者治疗前后血清中浓度的变化及意义

目的探讨TGF-α、TGF-β1与CysC在胃癌患者治疗前后血清中浓度的变化及意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法检测45例胃癌患者手术前后血清TGF-α、TGF-β1与CysC的浓度变化,并选取45例正常健康人作为对照。结果在对照组血清中可检测到较低浓度水平的TGF-α、TGF-β1与CysC,治疗前血清中的浓度明显高于对照组及治疗后组(P0.05),且TGF-α在治疗后患者血清中的浓度与对照组无明显差异(P0.05)。结论 TGF-α、TGF-β1与CysC在胃癌中高度表达,三者可用来作为检测胃癌的非特异性指标,有助于提高胃癌早期的检出率,并可能及早发现胃癌术后的复发或转移等。

Clinical significance of determination of changes on serum TGF-a, TGF-β1 and CysC levels in patients with gastric cancer

Objective To explore the clinical significance of determination of changes on serum TGF-a,TGF-β1 and CysC levels in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Serum TGF-a, TGF-β1 and CysC levels were determined using radioimmunoassay in 45 gastric cancer patients and 45 normal healthy controls. Results Lower concentrations of serum TGF-a,TGF-β1 and CysC can be determined in the normal healthy controls, serum concentrations of TGF-a,TGF-β1 and CysC in the before operation treatment group were significantly higher than the normal healthy controls and after treatment group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the serum concentration of TGF-ot had no significant difference between after treatment group and the control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion TGF-a,TGF-β1 and CysC expressed highly in gastric cancer, serum levels of TGF-a, TGF-β1 and CysC might be useful as an index for predicting therapeutic efficacy after operation in patients with gastric cancer.
