广州地区35家医院喹诺酮类药物利用分析

目的：了解广州地区医院喹诺酮类药物的利用情况，为该类药物临床合理使用提供科学依据。方法：对2001-2004年广州地区35家医院喹诺酮类药物的应用品种、用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计分析。结果：4年中，喹诺酮类药物的使用品种、用药频度、购药金额均逐年增加，总用药金额和用药频度的年平均增长率分别为22．94％和13．64％，注射用药金额和用药频度的年平均增长率分别为26．93％和35．56％；口服用药金额和用药频度的年平均增长率分别为17．25％和10．34％。结论：广州地区医院喹诺酮类药物用药量逐年快速增长。为延缓细菌耐药性的产生，建议进一步规范化管理喹诺酮类药物的使用。

Analysis of Quinolones Used in 35 Hospitals of Guangzhou Area During the 4-year Period

Objective: To investigate and analyze the utilization status of Quinolones in hospitals of Guangzhou in order to provide a basis for the management of clinical application of Quinolones in hospitals. Method: The Quinolones used in 35 hospitals of Guangzhou in 2001 -2004 were statistically analyzed in respect to their kinds, consumption costs and DDDs, etc. Result: During the 4-year period, the kinds, consumption costs and DDDs of Quinolones increased with years. The annual increasing rates of the consumption sum and DDDs were 22.94% and 13.64%% respectively. The consumption sum and DDDs of the injection Quinolones increased with the annual increasing rates of 26. 93% and 35. 56% respectively, The consumption sum and DDDs of the oral Quinolones increased with the annual increasing rates of 17.25% and 10. 34% respectively. Conclusion: The consumption of Quinolones was increasing fast in these years. In order to delay the bacteria resistance, it is suggested that further standardization in the usage and management of Quinolones should be made.
