| 摘 要： | 基于肿瘤抗原的免疫治疗主要在于肿瘤疫苗、包括肿瘤细胞疫苗、肿瘤抗原疫苗、多肽疫苗、基因疫苗、树突状细胞肿瘤疫苗。本文对此进行综述。

| Abstract: | The identification of tumor specific antigens has provided important advance in tumor immunology. Tumor immunotherapy based on tumor-antigen mainly focus on Tumor vaccines,such as Tumor cell vaccines,Tumor antigen vaccines,Gene-based vaccines,peptide based vaccines and dendritic cell vaccine of cancer. This review will discuss some of what is currently considered as relevant aspects of antitumor immunization. |
