医学科研型研究生从事科学实验的岗前培训

医学科研型研究生是医学科研工作的重要力量，但是他们在从事科学实验的过程中存在着一些问题。为了更好地提高科研型研究生的综合素质，本文从科研思维与实验能力培训、实验室安全意识教育、医学伦理道德灌输以及科研学术道德意识强化四个方面，探讨了医学科研型研究生从事科学实验前的培训问题。

Medical research-oriented graduate students are an important force in medical research,but they are constantly exposed to some problems when engaged in the process of scientific research and experiments.In order to improve the overall quality of research-oriented graduate students,we will focus on some important pre-job education and training issues,including the training of research thinking and experimental ability,the education of laboratory sdety awareness,the indoctrination of medical ethics,as well as the enhancemem of research integrity.
