膀胱肿瘤中的遗传学改变

摘    要:新发现的癌基因及抑癌基因在膀胱肿瘤病因学中扮演着重要的角色,如p53、丝氨酸苏氨酸蛋白激酶15、三倍功能区、脆性三联组氨酸、p63基因、20号染色体长臂及5号染色体短臂基因突变、血管发生、基质重塑基因产物等。本文对膀胱肿瘤发生相关癌基因和抑癌基因予以综述。

Abstract:The newly discovered oneogenes and tumor suppressor genes play an important role in the pathogenesis of urothelial bladder carcinoma, such as p53, serine threonine protein kinase 15 (STK15), triple-function domain ( TRGIO), fragile histidine triad ( FHIT ), p63 genes, and alterations of 20q and 5 p, alterations of adhesions, angiogenesis, and matrix-remodeling gene products and others. This article reviewed the oneogenes and tumor suppressor genes involved in occurrence and development of urothelial carcinoma.
