| 摘 要： | 信息运动学是理论信息力学的一个分支学科，它是运用几何学的方法来研究信息体的运动，通常不考虑信息量、力和质量等因素的影响。有信息速度、信息加速度、信息场，时空信息速度与社会信息速度等新概念的形式体系和量纲单位，是信息动力学、信息力学，信息哲学的基础。 |

| Abstract: | Information kinematics is a branch discipline of theoretical information mechanics, which studies the movement of information body using the geometry method. It usually does not consider the factors like information content, strength and quality. It is formalism and the dimension unit of information speed, information acceleration, information field, space and time information speed and the social information speed and so on. |
