| 摘 要： | 作者对家兔血清抗角蛋白自身抗体(AK auto Ab)滴度正常接触过敏性皮炎(NCD)组、滴度低下接触过敏性皮炎(LCD)组及对照组的耳叶背侧皮炎进行了对比观察,并对皮炎部位真皮炎细胞密度、表皮角朊细胞内AK auto Ab的含量进行定量检测。结果显示,NCD组炎症最著、角朊细胞内AK auto Ab含量最高,与LCD组、对照组和同一耳叶腹侧形成鲜明的对比(P<0.05)。表明AK auto Ab积极介入了皮肤接触过敏性反应,有可能有利于异物的排斥和自身的保护。

| Abstract: | In this experiment, we observed, under microscope and MSPM, the distribution of inflammatory cells and the content of AK auto Ab in epidermic keratinocytoplasma in contact dermatitis (CD) of rabbits, whose level of AK auto Ab in sara was normal (NCD group) or low (LCD group). It was found that the inflammation was much more obvious and the content of Ak auto Ab in keratinocytoplasma was higher in the NCD group than that in LCD group:It suggested that Ak auto Ab participated in contact and allergic reacion. |
